Excellent! My torsion bar springs failed. Called around got some quotes. Uzi and I spoke. Prices we reasonable and he sent a tech to my place within the hour. Max showed up, very nice and professional. Within 1 hour he had a new torsion bar with springs installed. Greased up all my rollers and hinges, gave me some advice for maintenance practices. Garage door was working perfect and not as noisy! Highly recommend, fast, good prices and good service.
Uzi provides great service. I called him the night before and he came first thing in the morning to get my garage door working. He fixed it all under one hour and I was off to work on time. I highly recommend him as he explains exactly what needs to be fixed and give tips on how to maintain your garage door better!

Our garage was broken into and a remote garage door opener from one of our cars was taken. We called Uzi at 9 a.m. and explained our situation. He made the time to come and see us and by noon he changed the frequency on our garage door opener and got us a new remote to replace the one that was taken. Great service during a difficult time.

I highly recommend this company, I had a great experience! I called them to install a new opener and they assured me that it would be compatible with the universal remotes in our vehicles. Alex the tech was great and not only did a great install, but also readjusted the door rails and lubricated the springs and hinges. The new opener turned out to be not compatible, but they stood behind their assurance, ordered me a repeater that would communicate with our vehicles, and then came back and installed it and programmed the first vehicle to ensure it was working (at no extra charge). It is so refreshing to find a company that values customer service and standing behind their products and services.

B&W is great. We have an old, original garage (circa 1930) with a very large, heavy door. In the winter the garage shifts a bit and the door popped off the track and the spring dislodged. While we know a new garage will be in our future in a couple of years we were hoping for a quick and inexpensive repair to tide us over, and that's exactly what we got -- the value add was the quick appointment (we called Thursday, he came out Saturday morning) and the great service. He completed the work in about an hour at a very fair price and gave our garage an extended life. 10/10, wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I contacted Uzi late in the evening, and he immediately explained what I can do until they can come. Once Maxim came after few hours, he found the problem, replaced a few parts and every thing was working perfectly.

Every time I closed the garage door, it would strike the floor with a thud, which is not normal. I contacted Uzi at B & W. He immediately recognised the issue and offered to visit the same day. It was a Sunday. He came at the appointed time and replaced the spring assembly. My door is working normally. I am very happy with the work and professionalism displayed by Uzi. Recently our garage door stopped working due to what I could tell was a broken spring (it was 25 year old so that wasn't surprising) so we called BNW and we set up an appointment for a few days later. The technician Eugene was very friendly, and walked me through how my spring was broken, hinges cracked, and where a few panels were needing replaced. Unsurprisingly he recommended the whole door, hinges and opener replaced because if I only did the spring, the door was going to destroy itself soon enough and I'd need to call them again. As that's expensive he gave me some tips on what type of door, and parts were best value for your dollar, and even recommended I go buy an opener from a separate store because of current sales going on.
After some quick deliberation with my wife we opted to have everything replaced by BNW, which they were able to do the next day.
We're very happy with the service we got, and have been recommending them to our friends and family when they talk about garage door problems.

After four months the sensors acted up. They came back and fixed some wires... they came right away and taped the exposed wires - no charge this time! I called at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. He explained everything clearly and offered a year warranty on his work. The problem was diagnosed and repaired by 12:30!!
B&W just replaced the broken cables on my garage door. I called at 10:30am, Uzi was here by noon and done by 12:30pm! Quick, efficient, polite and friendly - I will definitely be calling them the next time we need repairs!
Excellent service - Alex came the next day after we called to install a new garage door opener. He quickly replaced our old one, made the wiring very clean and tidy, then made sure he disposed of the old one and the box from the new one and cleaned-up everything else.

I was locked out of my garage the other night because I seemed to misplace both the key to the side door and the remote for the automated garage door. I was frustrated and contact was quick and dispatched someone immediately for me and came to open the door for me instantly and was able to provide me a solution of putting a string garage lock in case this ever happens I will have several solutions to get in since I usually work till late at night I just want to get to bed!

After a long day of work I came home to open the garage with the remote and something funny was happening to the door. It was only opening quarter way. I tried playing around a few times but nothing was happening. At the end I heard a loud snap.. I was getting frustrated that it wasn’t opening and I had no choice so I contacted this company on Google because I needed to park my car in the garage.
The dispatcher was very nice and knowledgeable and knew what was wrong and dispatched someone to help me immediately. The technician arrived in about 30 minutes and was able to open the door and replaced a few springs and was finished within the hour. The most remarkable service I’ve seen in my life. Thank you guys for coming out in the middle of the evening.
I have this garage in the back of my drive way that I haven’t touched for 15 years. The other day I ran into some tenants downstairs and they wanted to use the garage to park their car. I decided to check the garage and see if everything was okay. I tried the key but it wouldn’t budge. I guess over the years it was corroded. There wasn’t a side door that I could open which was a stupid design of the garage. A friend of mine used this garage door company that he used a few months ago and I decided to give it a try. To my surprise they answered right away and had someone available to help me. Two gentlemen arrived at my house with a fully equipped van and suggested me to replace the garage door because it was very damaged due to the corrosion. Their prices were more reasonable than other companies that I called to compare with. Everything was done on the same day, they provided me a beautiful new door for a very great price. I recommend everyone who needs garage door experts to contact these guys. They helped me a lot and with a quick response time. Great job.
My son was smart enough to drive into the garage and damaged the panels. I thought I would have to spend an arm and a leg to replace the whole thing. I called a few companies who told me that I had to replace the whole thing. However I called this company and told me they could save me some money by being able to matching the finish of the panels and replace the damaged panels. They came in the same day and were able to fix it all without replacing the entire garage door. I give them two thumbs up.

I called B&W and within an hour I had a service tech “Uzi”at my home. Uzi looked at the garage door and informed me that he thought the sensors were the issue. He left and came back with the new sensors which he installed. From my initial phone call to the completion was less then 2 hours. The overall cost of install was higher than other quotes I had received, as I knew the garage sensors needed to be replaced, however the other 2 places I called needed 3 days before they could make it to my home to take a look at the job. Went to use garage on a Sat and door wouldnt go up. Discovered broken spring above door. Called 3 places and left 2 messages and they were the only ones I got a person right away. They set up a technician to call us to set up appt, and I barely got off phone before Max called to set up repair 4 hrs later. He came out and did repair and was completely professional! The price quoted was very reasonable (as 1 of the other companies called me back a few hrs later and quoted a much higher price just to come and estimate). Highly recommend, I had my tortion spring give out causing the weight of the door to tear the bracket the arm attaches to. This was beyond my experience, a quick search got my B and W, I requested an estimate and was contacted a few minutes later by Uzi, he was able to head over right away. Uzi, the technician, was at my house within the hour from my original call to dispatch lady, who was also very professional. Uzi quickly found the spring busted in half. 45 mins later, we got a new set of springs installed and everything adjusted to work top notch! Being a referral, they knocked another $50 off my total cost.
I read other people's reviews about these guys and the few that complained about the cost, it is reasonable and market competitive. I called around.

I highly recommend B&W. I called at 4pm and Alex came, repaired the cables, tightened bolts and lubricated hinges and all within 90 minutes of my call!! Cost is very reasonable and service excellent.
